Frequently Asked Questions

We work hard to source our garments from several vendors across the country at amazing prices to pass the savings on to you! We can supply shirts and more from most major brands including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, American Apparel, Next Level, Hanes, Jerzees, and many others. Our online catalog is a great place to start when looking for just the right garment for your needs! However, sometimes you may already have the garments you need, or you want some that we can't provide. If that is the case, we are happy to print on your new apparel! We do ask that supplied garments are submitted sorted by size and color, not individually wrapped, and separated by design. Supplied garments are submitted and printed at your own risk. While we will do everything we can to ensure a 100% success rate throughout the printing process, it is inevitable that misprints will occur from time to time. We reserve the option to refuse supplied garments based on their material content, value, or garments deemed too delicate to withstand the printing and curing process.

With customer provided artwork, We can make the necessary adjustments to your design to make them printable and t-shirt friendly ( normally without a charge). We can also add or modify basic text to go along with your design. We offer a wide variety of stock ink colors that you can choose from at no cost. If needed, we can match most ink colors from the Pantone Solid Coated color chart for an additional $25.

While we do have a minimum order, we will do our best to help you create what you want, no matter the number of shirts you need. If screen printing is not feasible due to the complexity of the art of number of shirts you need, there may be a digital printing option we can offer. Direct to Garment (DTG) printing can provide multi-color, multi-location printing on as few as 1 shirt! Please give us a call to inquire about or DTG printing options!
With Screen Printing, each color in your design must be separated and exposed onto individual screens. This allows the printer to setup each color and register them on the press. Once the design is registered, your design is printed on the garment one color at a time. The screen prep fee is a one time cost to initially setup a design to be printed. This covers everything from the artist separating your design, the printer creating the stencil on the screen for printing, and the cost to ink and reclaim that screen after production. As stated, the is a one time cost that is charged on the first run of any design. If you reorder the same design, you do not pay this cost again. As long as there are no changes to the art or location. Sometimes, there is a slight confusion with the idea of a "screen" fee and people believe they own the screens themselves. Just to be clear, the fee is for prep of the screens on an initial order. We will reclaim and use screens for several designs throughout their life cycle. What you are paying for is prep for us to set them up when you need them.
Typical turnaround time is within 10 business days + shipping time if applicable. Order Processing starts when your deposit is paid for AND we have all information to complete your job. Events that may increase your turnaround time are: making changes to designs after the order is in process, or adding/changing garments while the order is in process. We will do everything we can to accommodate any changes necessary while completing your order in a timely manor, but in some circumstances, these types of changes will delay your order and may be outside of our control to complete by the original deadline. If you have a hard deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your mock ups or proofs may delay your order.
No, you do not have to order items in dozens, but the minimum total garments to print per design does apply ( see FAQ minimum orders). Pricing is based off of quantity, so the more you order, the more you save! Yes, you can mix sizes as much as you would like, but you must be mindful of the size and location of your art. If you have a front print that is 13 inches wide, it will not fit on toddler garments, and it will look a little smaller on a 4X than it will on a medium. In the situation that you want a more appropriate fit for wide variety of sizes, it may be possible to resize your art for different groups of the run. This can answer the problem of proportion, but will add additional screen costs to the order. As for mixing different styles. It is possible depending on the garments. Some situations may call for additional ink charges if the materials ( Poly/Cotton/Nylon) require different inks or ink additives to be printed. If you have further questions about this, one of our sales people would be happy to talk with you about your concerns.
